for those who have been taken advantage of.

Something just clicked when I hit Frank's link to torq and that is they were the US contact for Red Winch about a year ago and when I put my order in RW dropped them shortly afterward so I never dealt directly with them other than paperwork. Sorry to hear about your loss and good luck on getting some resolution.

Torq owes Doug his $$$ not axles, the last thing he wants is that reminder. Plus he already has Spidertrax units which IMO he should have done from the get go.

So who is the contact for parts in the US now? I have one that I need to repair, I gave up trying to get parts from Torq 2 years ago and set it off to the side. Forgot about it until now.

This is what I was thinking. If you lost 15 grand, what's another five paid to get some satisfaction?

Call or email direct. I had no problem getting my winch here. Some of the parts were back ordered so that held up my delivery date by a few months.

No shit, there's zero chance I'd let this drag out for 2 years. Let alone put that kind of money down in full up front.

If you think 15K covered both F/R axles you're sorely mistaken.

Apparently it covered absolutely nothing. I haven't looked into this past this thread, so I have no idea what he paid for other than just "axles".

Fair enough. I think 95% of this is all hearsay, I certainly know jack shit. I just know if you price Spridertrax bling and 10" 3rds you are in it for a lot more than 15 grand. Leads me to guess that was a deposit.

Business page owners can delete comments / posts from users but can not delete reviews. Note that reviews are now called recommendations and do not have a star rating anymore.

LOL I wish them luck on trying to get rid of all the comments, they are going up faster than someone could click on them at this point.

Yeah it would be a full time job for sure at this point

My guess is they either make this right or shut down their Facebook for a few weeks. Watched another company go through something similar after Christmas after they didn't make thousands of promised deliveries.
