New Dodges are more like Chevys by design. Fords are junk and make up the majority of how I pay my bill$.

Do Jeeps count as Dodges? if so than Ive had 5.

1 Dodge and 2 Plymouth.

The only vehicle I have actually giving away to cut my loses was a damned Dodge.

Its the only car I ever owned that you could park in the driveway with nothing wrong with it and it would sit there and total itself out.

Mine just a front Braden winch. It had the blanks to 2wd or 4wd the front.

How many Dodge's have you had?

3 Dodges and 1 Ram

96 12V 2wd - Great running truck, should have kept it a lot longer.

00 Dakota QC - It had typical early 2000 dodge issues and 5.9 issues. The rack and pinion unit went out once. It was eating the transmission at 170K when I got rid of it.

05 Dodge 2500 diesel - I had zero issues with the truck. Only did routine maintenance. It was starting to show some rust after living in VA for a few years. Should have kept it for a few more years.

18 Ram 2500 with a Hemi. Truck had transmission and rear end issues all before 20K. Ended up getting rid of it as it was constantly in the shop, and rental vehicles werenít cutting it.

1 Dodge Raider
2 Dodge Dakotas (wish i still have one but some bitch ran a red light texting)
3 Dodge Rams
1 Ram 3500

The Raider was a cool car for a high school kid. but the 4 cylinder sucked.

one of the Dakotas was a 5 speed, and a few tweeks here and there (TB, timing chain tensioner, injectors) and it was a really fun truck. i drove it all over the country too. Surprisingly comfortable for a guy of my height for 13 years of DD'ing.

A ‘96 Ram 1500 pickup purchased new. It was an awesome truck for me. Drove it until 2012-2013 when I destroyed the engine with around 250,000 miles.

A 1950 pilot house pickup. Bought as a project vehicle then got laid off from my job. Lost interest and sold it. Wish I had that one back.

2005 Durango is my current daily driver. It approaching 250,000 miles so it’s time to start looking again.

I’d love to get my hands on a 49’ Powerwagon but they are pricey.

99 Dakota
03 Durango
00 Dakota
97 Ram

The Dakota/Durango was 10x better built during those years than the Ram, unfortunately.

Only one. When I was younger I was working at a repair shop. A customer towed in an Ď80 half ton with a slant six. He said he had been driving down the highway when it made a loud bang and died. I opened the hood and I could see the crank through the new window in the side of the block. He didnít want to pay for a new engine so I gave him fifty bucks for the pickup. The thing actually started and I drove it home. I dropped a junkyard 225 in it and used it as a junk hauler. Cool story, right? Itís probably the only dodge Iíll ever own.

I learned the definition of dodge early, the first vehicle in my name was a 74 D250 318 2wd. Drove it six weeks before windowing the block.
