250 miles a month on the mtb, the short days and cold weather sucks.

For me I'm going to cut the Toyota faggots some slack and not rib them as much, because despite my best efforts I can't seem to shame them into accepting their alternate sexuality. Instead I am going to try to be more supportive and hope that positive reinforcement will be the path to accepting themselves.
Right on!

Giving up sodas, specifically Diet Mt. Dew. Managed to give up smoking and significantly cut back on beer, Dews are the next big vice I have. Also going to get back on my intermittent fasting diet to see if i can drop another 20 lbs.

I have a good friend that drives for a carrier. He started with C.R. England and he absolutely hated them. He quit them within 2 months.

I drink plenty of Mtn dew. I am not addicted, but if I don't drink it regularly I get the shakes and get angry

Crash & Roll England is just another Swift but with worse pay and total jerkoffs running the show.

Tell him to stay from Pride carriers since that is another ass wipe England brother.

May I ask which is the bigger issue: Mental strain or physical strain?

Mental strain: worrier/anger-temper control/self-imposed time constraints.

Physical strain: fat/out of shape/poor lifestyle habits/family history health.

Whenever I die; it'll be due to heart disease (about to turn 55).

Whether it be this year, or 40 years from now.

Both sides of the family have it.

Mostly mental. But it's really both.

High stress job managing 40 retards in a governmental agency where firing people is next to impossible. Dealing with other government agencies who are robbing peter to pay paul with regulations I am forced to follow which are purely for union job security.

My Diet and exercise has gone to shit in the last 2 years since I took the position after they fired my predecessor. I now spend all day in the office dealing with paperwork instead of being out in the field supervising the work.

My MTB'ing/bicycle-commuting has saved my ass, both figuratively, as well as literally (mentally and physically) from the stresses of working in a E.R.

At my peak; I was riding 3,500+ miles a year while commuting and on the trails.

I was indirectly getting major stress-relief via commuting, as well as recreational, averaging 100+ miles a week.

I've been riding bikes since 1971; so riding is a yuge part of my nature.
