Part detectives- Mistubishi S3L2 head-

My tractor shit the bed, need a replacement head. I'm not finding crap. I could use some help if you're good at this sort of thing. I use the tractor to plow the snow in my drive and so far I'm $150 into paying someone to plow and the freaking snow keeps coming! feel like I'm just burning $$$.

It's a Mitsubishi S3L2 21.3Kw 2800rpm motor in a TYM 293HST tractor, 3 cylinder diesel.

I do appreciate any help!

Last summer I over heated the tractor mowing my field. Stupid, I know. I totally spaced out. Had the head gasket replaced. Still had some issues afterwards. Pressure on the coolant side. In hindsight the head was probably cracked then and the dealer missed it(shit's tiny and could have been smaller then). I knew something was up, but I have zero experience with this stuff. Coolant and oil both look good, little smoke at startup, but nothing after it warmed up, so in my simple mind it couldn't be the head gasket or head. my diesel mech buddy pulled the head and he saw the path, but my garage has shit for light. Head guy took all of 10 sec to see it.

Why not pull it off, have it fluxed, and see if the crack can be repaired?

Off and delivered to head shop. I'm guessing if it was repairable he would have mentioned it.

Is there a similar engine used in CAT equipment AKA Shin-Caterpillar?

Googling shows Caterpillar-Mitsubishi S3L2
CAT 283-1273 $1166 available in Morton

No luck so far.

I see that there are several versions of this engine denoted by RPM. Would that equate to any difference in heads? I've found a couple of heads with varying casting marks that are all from S3L engines.

Just as an example. Only the S3L casting mark matches, out of 3. (China with unknown shipping time frame, pass anyway)
