I was working part time at a boat dealership in 93 and I've never heard of it, and we were a Centurion dealer. Is that thing like 14' long?

16ft long
Only made in 93 and 94
They brought back the name in 97 I believe but it was nothing like the old model

There's a 190 wave model and then the wave comp

Wave comp has a 302 🚬

I would empty the bank account on this but it's small and I have no idea what kind of wake this thing will have

Mid engine 16ft ski boat with about 200hp

Ok question. We have been looking and for our money an early to mid 90’s 24’ Chaparral Signature Cuddy seem to fit the bill. Can be had between 7-10,000 depending on hours. Volvo 590 penta seems to be a common engine in them. How is that power plant and that generation/series of boat overall?
Looking for something comfy for the wife and kids, mainly hood canal/puget sound area boat with some large lakes thrown in.

Can it pull a skier if a wild hair arises? I know not a good “fishing” boat but I can fish out of anything and if we have a comfy family boat I can probably talk the war department down the road into a 16-18’ sled for fishing.

Not familiar with the powerplant, but nobody wants to ski behind that bad boy.

Nice big water boat

No one sport skis we are old now. . But does she have the power I guess is the better question. Mainly used for a big water boat.

Edit:Apparently my thumbs were drunk.

Some of the cheapest fun you can find on water. 60's 16ft Powercat. Yeah a pair of towers will cost ya but it is like a boat gocart. I wish the one I bought had been repairable.

Or if your balls were a little bigger, the 16ft hydro. 60's hydros and tunnels. They knew enough about lift and cushions to get you killed but some of those guys that knew how to "feel" the boat did awesome.

Not Larry Ellison. Just a successful guy/retired offshore racer that LOVES boating. Super cool guy. That Talon is an absolute rocket. Ive never felt acceleration like that...ever. Well, maybe in a commercial airliner on takeoff roll.

GONE AGAIN POWERBOAT

What lake do you frequent? I know you are up by CG's area.

Wife and I have talked about wanting to get a lake house on Lake Conroe... but my wife keeps saying Lake Livingston would be better based on what he family has told her. Granted they are more interested in fishing, where I am more interested in having the fastest boat on the water. I:E: I need some competition.
