so then came the floor. i have spent to much time on this floor more than any other part. the wheel wells are ony .75 wider than stock and 2.5 higher. and yes its the stock wells.

I filled the cavity’s in the floor with foam to keep down noise.

Could try Flickr maybe. I find photo bucket all but useless on the pc but the app on my phone is okay.

PB has gone to shit. I went over to SmugMug recently and it works so much better. But you gotta pay for it. It is about $50/year for the lowest package. The app seems to work smoother also (android).

Google Photos is free and works for backing up pics, but it is a pain posting pics to forums.

SO LOCATING THE MASTER CYLINDER AND HYDRO BOOST WAS TOUGH. THE IS NO ROOM AND GETTING A COMFORTABLE PEDAL POSITION IS HARD TO. I USED SOME OLD DIRT BIKE PEGS TO MAKE THE BRAKE AND GAS PEDALS. IT TURNED OUT REALLY GOOD. I ENDED UP MAKING THE GAS PEDAL PIVOT ON MY LATHE WITH SOME SUBARU FLYWHEEL PILOT BEARINGS THAT I HAD LAYING AROUND. AND SOME DOM FOR THE BEARING HOLDERS. THE DIRT BIKE PEGS ARE JUST TACKED ON IN THE PICTURE

SO I HAVE HAD THIS IDEA TO MAKE A BUMPER FOR THIS THING FROM THE START. I HAVE BEEN TEASING THE OWNER DAN ABOUT IT FOR MY ENJOYMENT.

HE ASKS ME TO TELL HIM WHAT IM GOING TO DO AND I WOULDNT TELL HIM WHAT MY IDEA WAS I WANTED TOSUPRISE. SO AFTER AWHILE I THOUGHT IT WOLD BE FUN TO MAKE HIM EVEN MORE PUZZLED. SO I BOUGHT SOME 3" SQUARE TUBING IN THE 188. WALL FLAVOR.. HE ASKS ME WHAT THAT IS FOR?

I SAY IM GONNA MAKE YOUR BUMPER OUT OF IT. HE GIVES ME THIS DISAPROVING LOKK AND SAYS I DONT SEE HOW YOU CAN MAKE ACOOL BUMPER OUT OF SQUARE TUBING THERE IS NOTHING SQUARE ABOUT THIS VAN!! SO IKINDA MESSED WITH HIM SOME MORE JUST TO BE A ASS.

NOW THAT THE BUMPER IS DONE ITS ONE OF HIS FAVORITE PARTS LOL

Even has a spring loaded hitch pin.

So I'm gonna try this app now and see how it goes. Lol. I needed to make a sway bar cause nothing I can buy will work for what I'm doing. I started with 1.25 4140 round bar. Made a jig. Heated and bent it. Stuck it on the mill and made some flat spots to hook up the home joints. Now just to get it heat treated. .

. I had to relocate the front coil overs because I was running out of spring rates. I had 1000ib spring in the front and they were not enough. So I moved the bottom mount out 2.5 closer to the wheel and the top mount 3.0 closer to the wheel to take away the control arm leverage. . I did the top mounts out of 3/8. What a dirty bitch to carve them out.

.

Made this pan on the back of the frame just for a dress up to hide the Air compressor and air tank.

Very nice work Man! You have done a great job thus far. What gage of metal did you use on the all the bead rolled material? As well as that rear bumper... the lines look great. Also what temper are you going with on the 4140 on the sway bar?
