Spline count

Do all '70's era dana 44 rear axles out of internationals have the listed 30 spline count or does it very per axle?

IIRC either some, most, or all Pre 72 800 axles have 19 spline.

get the "bill of materials" number off your axle tubes in question... that would help without tearing the axle shafts out.

In my experience, all one-piece Dana 44 Scout rear axleshafts are 30 spline. The 19 spline axles are the ones having a separate wheel hub and key setup on the outside.
