Engine Swap 1999 honda passport

hello, just acquired a !999 Honda passport with a blown engine. I've acquired a low mileage engine to replace it with. My background is mostly with small import and air cooled vw's. My question is what size engine lift do you guys use to pull/replace the motors with? I have a 1 ton lift that I have in storage, is that going to work? or do i need to break down and but a 2 ton lift?

1 ton should be plenty. Engine weighs around 400lb I'd wager, and trans/case probably 150-175?
