ax-15/nv3550 to dodge 5.9 question

i'm using a dodge ax15 bellhousing to mate a jeep nv3550 to a dodge 5.9....

so my question is to you guys with an ax15 bellhousing on your 5.9 jeep, what clutch parts did you use?

do i need to order parts from a 3.9, 5.2, or 5.9 dodge?
in reference to these parts:
clutch kit: the clutch, pressure plate, throwout bearing, pilot bearing
and the slave cylinder.

Could you use a clutch from a 01 1500 with a 318 and 5 speed?

i don't think so. i ditched all that and just decided to use a dodge nv4500. so all the parts i need are 5.9 2500 parts now.

You'll need the 5.9 flywheel, since it is externally balanced. Unlike the 5.2.

You'll need the 5.9 "clutch kit" and your existing hydraulics will work.

I'm in the middle of the same swap right now myself.

yeah, i had to look up the part numbers to figure it all out, but the dodges and jeeps all use the same slave cylinder for that era so it's pretty much plug and play.

my next problem is trying to find that dust cover plate that goes behind the flywheel and covers up the bottom of the bell housing. where do you find one of those?
