I really like how you tied the engine cage into the A pillar. Following!

Yes sir. That's the plan. Might not be able to keep up with your new stickies but we'll try.

Got some of the last parts painted this weekend, and cut/sanded/installed all of the interior panels. I used a circular skill saw to do the majority of the cutting and it was much faster than a jig saw. I just have 3 more panels to build for the topside of the wheel wells in the rear and above the fuel cell, then 1 panel for the rear and the roof, but this gets it to a workable point where I can run all my hoses, etc. knowing where the panels will be.

Coolant hoses, and brake line should be here in the next couple of days. Figured out the plumbing for my fuel cell as well. Need to order up a couple more fittings and some more hose and I can knock that one out as well. Hope to have coolant, fuel, clutch line, and brakes buttoned up by the end of next weekend. Then all I need is to plumb the steering and install driveshafts.

Used a couple eyelet bolts in the rear to mount the panels, which double as tie down points. This will be helpful when I need a spot to attach a trash bag, tie down tool bags, etc. Will also have some of these on the panels above the fuel cell.

Coolant hoses are finished. Need 1 hose to complete fuel system. Brake lines didn't come in last week, but should be here before this next weekend. Need more hose for my hydro steering and 2 fittings. I was shorted 2 high pressure fittings from PSC, and didn't have enough hose to make 2 of the hoses for the cylinders. I'm planning to call PSC today. They have always taken care of me whenever I had issues, so I'm sure they'll help make it right.

Spoke with PSC and they are sending me the missing fittings for free, but charged me for the additional hose I needed. Kind of pissed me off since I wasn't given enough hose in the kits to plumb the systems in the first place but I wasn't in the mood to argue so I just paid up.

Jeep is now a runner. I had issues trying to get it started, and figured out that the clutch release fork was interfering with the pressure plate. Pulled it all apart, and added some clearance between the two by removing a washer from the ball stud for the release fork. Now all parts are happy and working together. Also, I broke the ignition switch stud off of my Powermaster starter when removing the nut, so I replaced that with a blade style terminal. Steering is finished and tested. Brake lines came in and are now installed. Planning on welding some studs on the axles to hold the lines in place this week, then install the tires to move the Jeep to the center of my garage and finalize securing of all hoses and wires with zip-ties, etc. Also need to replace the lower coolant hose with something different. When it heats up, it kinks. Should be ready for the Crawl event at Wolf Caves in a couple weeks.

Also picked up a new to me trailer for a killer deal. Now I can haul both Jeeps together. Going to repaint and rewire the whole thing. It's going to need a rebuild, but for the price I bought it for, it's well worth it.
