Didn't get a whole bunch of photos, but here is what I did get. Took both Jeeps out and my dad drove the white TJ. Had a blast. This Jeep was literally a point and shoot all weekend. Made it up every obstacle I tried, and the rear steer made all the difference in the world on the technical stuff. Ended up breaking the rear output on my D300 later in the day on Saturday and drove it back to the trailer in front wheel drive. I was a bit surprised it broke, but not too surprised since I knew that was the weak link in my setup. Going to upgrade the front and rear outputs to 32 spline, and upgrading the rear driveline to 1410 flanges on both ends at the same time just for safe measure. Anyway, it all worked like I had hoped, and just need to collect some parts for the repair/upgrade and will be ready to ride again soon.

This is a test post. Sorry guys. I'm working on figuring out how to host photos on my own server without using an outside resource like photo bucket or the like.

Not much to update yet. Been giving rides to all the kids in the neighborhood more than anything else recently. Last trip out I broke the rear output on the D300 and purchased a new 32 spline front and rear output to upgrade/repair it. Also purchased 1410 flanges for the axle and t-case ends to upgrade that at the same time. I purchased a 2002 Tahoe and am going to be swapping in the 5.3 and most likely the 4L60E from it at the same time as well. Not sure when Iíll get to it, but hopefully by February or March Iíll have all of the swaps/repairs/upgrades complete.

I just bought a new Mathews bow and have been trying to hunt at our new lease whenever I have free time. My wife and I have been in Italy for the past 10 days on vacation, so free time hasnít been easy to find lately. Seems like life is just full of tasks and chores and everything in between which has kept me away from working on this thing too much since I finished it earlier this year.

Latest update. I got together with one of my friends this weekend and he helped me machine my D300 front output housing as well as completely disassemble and reassemble the transfer case. It now has 32 spline outputs front and rear, as well as 1410 flanges front and rear. I have my 1410 flanges for the axles that I purchased from Jess at HAD, and now just need to reinstall the transfer case and modify my driveshafts by installing 1410 yokes on each end.

I quoted out brand new driveshafts vs. modifying my own, and I'm saving myself around $500 just modifying mine, so that's what I'm doing. I ordered all of my parts through Denny's driveshafts if anyone is looking for driveshaft components. Their prices were pretty much better than anywhere else I could find, and I got free shipping since my order was more than $99. I'll have to machine down the OD of the tube yokes, but that should be pretty simple.

I also finished rebuilding a 32' gooseneck that I picked up for a really good deal. Planning on using it to haul my Jeeps to Clayton in February. Here are some pics. If you have the photo bucket fix, they should show up.

Upgrading my tires and rims on the trailer to 17.5" this week. As far as the trailer rebuild, I completely stripped it, welded up some areas that needed attention, blasted, primed, painted, DOT taped, 100% rewired with new LED lights, and re-decked it with pressure treated 2x6 wood and 5/16" flathead torx screws. Added 2 backup lights hooked to the backup light wire, and 6 auxiliary lights on switches off the 12v wire for loading, changing tires, and inside the toolbox. The added quality that I got out of it going the rebuild route vs. buying new is in my opinion significant. No shortcuts, and quality parts, paint, etc.

The black is before/during, and the gray is after.

I can text you pics

Otherwise, if you have Google Chrome as a web browser, then follow this link and it will enable you to see the pics. I believe there is also a similar fix for Firefox. I don't think this does anything for mobile devices though.

I'm going to sign up and get a red star so I can post straight to Pirate without a 3rd party photo hosting service. Once I do that, I'll start trying to replace old photos with new ones hosted by Pirate.

Nah, staying in town this weekend. Will be working on the Jeep a bit reinstalling my transfer case and measuring for the new driveshafts. I'm headed to KOH on Wednesday, then Clayton later in the month. Drive safe and have fun. Take some pics. I need to make it out there soon.

Fixed all of my latest photos just for you Ronald. lol

235/75R17.5 Hancook TH22. I hate trailer tire issues, so this should definitely help. Last pic shows the auxiliary lights I added for loading at night and roadside tire checks/changes.
