Dude for my braked I was going to di the dual diaphragm thing. Why did u use the explorer MC?
Thats about 6" from full bump, it was alot of work to pull it off. Ride height will be 2" higher in front to get 8 up and 8 down.

The explorer m/c should work well since they came with discs from the factory. My stock jeep m/c was not that great with this setup. I didn't want to mess with dual diaphragm setup, maybe if I competed with it I'd consider it.

Let me clarify - I'm bolting that master cylinder onto the stock vacuum booster. Nothing real special going on there. When you mentioned dual diaphragm I thought you meant two dedicated master cylinders... like one for front and one for rear like the comp guys use. I don't know if the stock jeep vacuum booster is single or dual diaphragm.

The booster is much deeper and helps increase stopping power considerably

Hey Corbelli - found a little something that'll bolt a Hemi up to an NV4500

McLean dropped by today and lent a hand - made some angle stiffners that bolt up behind the rear corners.

Wrestled the fawked up body in line with these

All bolted up!

Ghey rotated cel phone pic, but its a sheet metal piece that'll tie in the body to the cage. Should prevent any unwanted vibration and stiffen it up a little.

What's the application on that bellhousing. I just did a sbc to nv4500 in my CJ but the next one might get a Hemi

Thanks.

1994 to 2011 gasser 2500's. The 5.9L has the same bolt pattern as the Hemi.

Yeah, leave it here and claim 6" of up travel.

Ride height is 10" up from here!

For the first time in 2.5 years the Jeep saw the light of day. Not under its own power it took three of us to wrestle it onto the trailer.

Thanks to Ryan and Wyatt we got the rigs moved to the new shop.

I'm 5'11" standing next to it at full bump.

Passenger side lower link is temporary

Pics were taken at full bump. For transporation it was lowered to its bump stops. Actual ride height is 8" taller up front and 10" taller in the rear. It'll all make sense.

Thanks! I'm trying to get this thing knocked out.

Belly is 18" to 19" depending on how agressive I get on the skid system. Tires are 40's.

Moving shops is alot of work!

Things are finding their home slowly. I might be able to actually do some work on the rig again soon.

Installed my new Pacific Fab wiring harness. It is very well thought out.

OLD

NEW

It comes with a fuse block, ignition relay, and dual fan relays. Very cool setup. Most important its LABELED

After I layed it out I noticed an unused sensor behind the intake. I think it is oil pressure... can anyone confirm this? (kind of hard to see in the pic...)

Also, I have done nothing with the steam ports. Any thoughts on plugging them?

It is the little tube in the pic.
