i think i blew the tranny

took of from stop sign going up the hill and once i crossed the road and got into boost i heard screeching and metallic rotating noise coming from tranny
shut the truck off and look under the truck.
at first i though flexplate broke but looking trough inspection hole everything was fine there.

got back into the truck restarted and all noise was gone.WTF
made it home

truck works and shifts fine, haven't gotten into power from taking off but i feel like if i give it some itll do same thing

TH400 unknown condition from junk truck i bought for 150$

used it for mock up but it stayed in bc was working

rebuild ? buy something better? note i cut off front bellhousing so i could bolt up the nissan bell housing

Rebuild and get back to driving.
That should be enough transmission, they were factory with the 6.2 gm and 4bt Cummins.
