Need Softer Leafs and Coils for XJ with 3" Lift

Hi all,
I had a 3" suspension lift installed on my 95 XJ about 10 years ago.
I told the guys I wanted stiff springs that wouldn't sag as I was towing a lot of stuff at the time.
The ride is way too harsh and I want to get some softer springs.
Any suggestions on brands to look at or avoid?
Other considerations?
Thanks!

Deaver are supposed to be some of the softest leaves. Old man emu as well.
Rubicon express coils are pretty soft, their spring rate is among the softest available. and Rusty's.

your shocks also 10 years old?

Thanks for the reply,
I replaced the shocks a year or so ago for Bilsteins.
I think the current springs are BDS, but probably meant for a heavier vehicle.

BDS has one of the highest spring rates for sure
