Teraflex Dana 44 rear disc conversion

My 01 XJ has a Dana 44 from a early 90's Wagoner. It also has a Teraflex disc brake conversion. It is time to do the rear brakes and I can not figure out what pads are needed.
Are the pads something that is available from a local auto parts supplier, or are they something custom from Teraflex? I have checked and they are not the same as the factory front pads.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I have the Teraflex conversion on my D44 as well, and if I remember correctly when I called Tera about 4 years ago they were same as an 8.8 Explorer rear disc. Getting ready to change mine, so I guess I'll find out.
