parents looking at an 05 TJ X...any known problems???

just wondering if anyone has any negative feedback on the 05 TJ X....moms car finally crapped out and has been wanting a wrangler for a long time....

specs that i know of (they are looking and im at college...so i apologize for being vauge)

4.0 I6 engine
6 speed man tranny
Transfer case - dont know about it...
30 front
35 rear w/ ls diff
hardtop
AC
stereo
tilt wheel
upgraded wheels
side steps (they are chrome :ugh: but mom needs them as she isnt as young as she used to be)
and the tires might have another 5k left on them
it has ABS front and some anti-lock rear thing...not ABS rear

biggest problem with the - X - is the dana 35.

my .02 is find a sport with a D44.

Daily driver up to 33" tires will be fine with 30/35 combo. Looks like it has all the other bells and whistles-AC and hard top are great options.
