Breather Tube Cap

This is a simple little part. But it seems to be uncommon to find. I'm re-routing my breather tube on my transmission/xfer case up into the cab. When I got under there, all I found was an open rotten hose. Getting the new hose was no trouble but finding the cap to keep the water out has been. I'm sure there is some simple way to make one but I can't figure out how. Of course, I could goto the junk yard and pull one off another vehicle, but that would be the easy thing to do.

Also on an axle swap-

Is there any other reason to be concerned about my bolt patter of 5x5.5 on an axle swap. As far as I have read, its to just keep your old set of wheels? My rims are nothing special and I wouldn't cry if I had to buy a new set of 50 dollar steal wheels. Before I act, I want to be clear on this though.

Thanks.

I bought several at my local auto parts store a few days ago. When I get home I will send info.
