Tapered reamer to fit 1 ton chevy tie rod- reamer size?

I need to know what is the right tapered reamer size to redrill YJ pitman arm hole and drag link hole to fit 1 ton Chevy tie rod (ES2234R). Is it 1.5" inch per foot reamer or 2" inch per foot reamer?

Also I need to know where to buy the reamer?

Yep, 1.5" per foot reamer. Make sure your pitman arm is straight and use a drill press if you can.

Have you done that? By using hand to turn the t handle or press drill? It was my understanding that the more slower the reamer turns the more control it is to drill?

Done! I used my heavy duty hand drill with low rpm to drill holes in pitman arm and draglink. The one ton chevy tie rods fit both holes preftectly.

By the way, the Goodson company send me the taper reamer in two days. Fast delivery!

Thanks for tips
