I know it will fit, but what about the where the tailgate and the rear window meet? Will it need to be modified? Anyone have any pictures? Any help?

It should fit fine, you will just need to close both at the same time in order for them to mess correctly, no biggie.

I have a yj tub on my jeep with a cj top and doors, the cj hard top hangs off the back of the tub about 1/2"
