CJ 4.0 swap tranny ?'s

Ok, heres the deal. I'm swapping a '00 wrangler 4.0 into my 84 CJ. Now for tranny decisions. I know I can just use my stock t-176, but it's showing its miles and I want an overdrive, as this is also my DD. Also I want a stick, and to retain my D300. I dont do anything hardcore, so with that in mind and for simplicity's sake, a stock wrangler manual fits the bill. So unless I'm missing something I see my options as:

AX-15 -
NV3550 -
NSG 370 -

I have the latter sitting in my garage, but I think I'll need a stub shaft to adapt to my 300 as well as a ring adapter. So, now I'm considering the others, but I'm having trouble making a decision. Opinions?
