RUBICON T case SWAP HELP

I have an 01 Tj with the stock auto ..... I have a friend who upgraded to an atlas... so his rubicon case is Available HIS was an 03 5 spd... i know the drive shaft etc are different... Im wondering if the INPUT SPLINES are the Same......???

Should be the same if yours is a 6cyl.They are 23 spline
