Tons of good stuff here. Def will be using this in the future. I just have one question though - where is this "famous" Graham MB build thread? I have looked high and low and all of the ones on page one of this thread. Anyone have a link to the build? Thanks in advance

Mark

I don't think that one was on Pirate. I think he had a web site of his own about the build.

Sticky Worthy

Great idea for a thread. The Willy's sections is full of great builds.

At least I am not crazy then that I couldn't find it on here haha. Does anyone have a link to the website then? Are we able to add it since several other build threads are based off of his build?

Wow, I need to get off my ass and add some of the new builds. Not having internet at the house other than my phone sucks. Will try to update this while I'm at work this weekend.

I have no idea what the website for Graham's flattie is, but if someone could post a link for it I think it would be a great addition.

I added 6 more builds to the list and made a special section for Graham's Jeep (gotta love OT).

As always if I missed one or mis-catagorized one point it out to me.

Hopefully I can start some updates in my own build thread in the next few weeks

Another interesting note would be a 'completed' or 'back on the road' or ??? to indicate the builds that are that far along. Mine only lasted a year before I took it apart again to improve the transmission and transfer case.

If anything it will be interesting to see how many builds are started vs finished

I like the idea, as I have time I'll try to go through each build and add where they are now. That will probably take some time. If your vehicle is on the list and I don't have it's progress listed PM me or post up here and I'll update it. Is a simple "In Progress" or "Complete" enough or would you like to see what stage of the build they are in, for instance Rooney's "In Progress, setting up drivetrain in the chasis" or just "In Progress"

I really hope that my "started" build turns into a "finished" build. Oh wait, I have to do more than parts collect to consider it "started"

I've gotten some PM's from wagon and truck guys wanting their builds posted in a similar manner, I'm wondering if we should add a sub section to this list or should I start another thread? Also we should do something for the early 5 guys as well. Then I'm still planning on doing a tech thread too, setting it up like the Jeep Hardcore Bible. I think it would be easier for the user if I do it all in one post but it would be easier for me to set up as seperate threads. So what say you Willys members?

I'd say for completion status the two main events should be:
"driveable"(not trail worthy, but moves on the street)
"been on the trail"
because we all know we will never be "COMPLETED" with our builds.....chris

Maybe just a 'back on the trail' tag or not? The mild builds that are not full tear downs could get the same tag.

Here's my flatty build. It's a flatty inspired buggy of mixed years. 42 MB38 9 slot grille, 47 GP frenched in tail gate and just recently squired an official 46 GP title. So I suppose its now a 1946 flatty buggy build.

I call it M69DB or "Dirty Bastard".

I asked DRM to move my build thread over here but he won't reply back to me
If the "Newly" appointed mod can move it, it would make me very happy and thank you in advance.

I have not updated the thread in a while but I am still building g on it. I'm very close to taking it down for final burn in and paint. I'm going to build a rotisserie to finish the chassis on. If y'all want to see that, help get my thread moved here.

Thank you.
