looks fun, I have been wanting to take my flatty out there and try it out. I think I may be a lil short on tires and wheelbase for some of it though.

Did you ever weigh this rig?

My brother has a flatty, and he's talking about a similar chassis, but he wants to keep it light.

I flip through the hardcore section a couple of times per week, and your ride has got to be one of the best thought out, clean and different rigs on Pirate. Congrats on a great build and tell your wife to take easy on that incredible rig! (a little anyway)

Very cool!

I love the Military theme.

Is it an optical illusion....or did the 12voltguy mis-spell "FUEL"?

I realize that was 1 bit over 2 years ago,but YES it does look like I did a BIG goof
I don't remember being told about it, but I will gladly replace that panel with FUEL spelled correctly
No idea how I did that or how I missed it.
customer might have noticed & told me, but I honestly do not remember.
I do think I replace the green LEDs, I ended up with a small defective batch back then.

I love that! Since that post I've decided on my direction, I'll start a build thread on here in a week or so once I get some parts I'm waiting on and get further on the chassis. I'm always keeping an eye out for a nice stocker to cruise around in though.

Wow, hadn't seen any recent pics of Soni's heep in a long time. That's a badass lil wheeler, really set some trends. Got any more pics of it's current state or details on where it's at? Is it still Soni's?

I would not expect an answer anytime soon, the last time he logged on was in 2010.
