I ditched the rear spring idea, and went with air shocks all around. 16" Sway Aways in the front and 14" rears.

man, that thing is looking really bad ass. I have a couple of questions for you though. I hate asking questions like this but its the best way to make sure it works after all the hard work. That's what this place is all about right.

I noticed you had your steering reservoir located at the back of the jeep. You want the reservoir located at the highest point for bleeding reasons. Also, I noticed it looks like your steering cooler is at the top of your radiator meaning it would be the highest point in a climb which could trap air if air was in the system. Just my 2 cents. I went around and around on where to locate mine and I put my cooler under the rear of the jeep. Having another 10 foot of hose actually helped out with the capacity as well helping with keeping it cool. Also put a fan in the back to help cool it.

Also, on the reservoir, make sure the reservoir drops cleanly into the pump and is no more than 14 inches away. If its not fitting the above criteria, it can lead to cavitation and pump failure.

Also, are you planning on building some protection for the front ram. It will get munched pretty quick if left without one.

Other than those items, everything looks sick.

Sorry for asking the questions but steering usually gets overlooked by alot of people and alot of things you can overcome on a trail repair but a busted ram or overheated pump that blows can ruin a day pretty quick. Just look at what the number one failure at the KOH's was, hydro steering related.
By the way, if you want to run AMSOIL, i have a case at my house if you want to buy some for your system. No way I will ever use a case up. Call me if you want it.

Only thing that stood out to me was the winch... Why not put something like an 8274 that doesn't look so new? Seems to not flow with the rest of the front end. Hell even an m8000 where it does not have the integrated solenoid.
