These flanges and companion flanges we made for a quick change differential to custom dimensions. This flange system allows my customer to achieve 38 degrees and have one ton rated parts off the rear axle. In his race car this allows the diff to slide, and makes it faster around the corners. They're on there way to Australia right now

Random question for you as I ponder the wonders of the universe and how to keep my truck as light as possible. Can/could you build parts for a chain driven drop box? That is, 4 flanged yokes for 1.75" 10 spline shaft, 2 1.75" dia 10 spline shafts, and splined double or triple 80 sprockets (or just the collars for a weld on sprocket)?

I think that would be possible but the time involved is not reality. I would venture to 2" 10 splines instead of 1 3/4 .

Working with some new parts when 1480 is not enough for you. These parts are aprox 5 ton rated , We are working on a new rockbouncer quote for this new hardware. The U joints alone weigh 3 lbs ,versus 1480 at 1.7 lbs

Dana Spicer pinion brake

I am in need of a e-brake for the truck I am building, I can locate it on the Dana / Spicer 19060S axle or on the Allison 3060 transmission. The axle is easier since there are already bolt holes to mount to. Have you already done something like this? I sent you a PM with my number so we can discuss in more detail.

It would take a minimum order of around 50 sets to make it worth it. Jess

I really need to call... about drive shafts, but flanges too.

Ever do any Unimog pinion flanges. 1.7-ish maj dia 21 spline. Splines look like gear teeth vs squares like 10 spline stuff vs triangles like stuff with a higher spline count. If that makes sense.

Do you have the ability to anneal/reharden before and after broaching?

Would it possible for you to broach this input gear to standard GM 32-spline from the original Rover 10-spline?
