I have a strange one...

I need two steel sleeves turned on a lathe. Needs to be 7/8" OD and 3/4" ID about 4" long (or two of them about 2" long each)...I can verify exact length this evening; but is this something you can make?

Its thin...I know; but I just need it to sleeve a bolt inside another piece of tube.

thanks!

Did you ever get into broaching the Spicer 30 spline hubs out to 35 spline?

I'm interested in the shaft that you use in your 241c SYE how long is it? And what are the output splines? Also have you ever built a 241c/205 doubler? Or parts for one?

Made this flange for a tractor, it fits a Dana 44 that was not available. We were able to replicate it and get this tractor back to work.

Not sure how smart it even is or if it's possible but can you open up and respline a set of Dana 44 Yukon Grizzly Locker side gears to 35 spline..? Trying to build a 44/60 hybrid front axle with JK Dana 44 rear ring and pinion, 35 spline shafts, and Kingpin 60 outers. Any help appreciated.
Tried to PM but you were full up.
