I called to order a fuel tank. I was put on hold, then told they didn't have any. BTF was too busy and they couldn't give me a time frame when one would be available. The girl gave me a number and said "call them, they might have one". The number is to Rustys Offroad. I've read threads on the BAD customer service BTF has, but still decided to give them a try. The threads were right. Why do you list products on your site, then, when I call to order them, I'm given the run around. If you're not going to have them available or if you're not willing to fab up the product when a customer wants to order one, don't list the product on your site. If I called about a turn key rig, they wouldn't have given me a number to another shop. BUYERS BEWARE, you'll get the run around and WON'T get the product you called to order. Don't forget the little guys BTF. We're just as important and will keep your business afloat when people aren't spending over $100G's on turn key rigs.

YEAH you guys are the industry leaders in ass fucking members here. My fabricator called to order a rear stretch bumper for my YJ and was quoted $36 more than your advertised price! Once I get done with this swap, both of us are done with your bullshit pricing. You want exposure, this is the place to get it, you want the truth to get out as to how you do people AGAIN, your are in the right place. That rear stretch bumper has gone from $175 to $299 in very few months. Granted steel prices have gone up but you guys have just bent us builders over a tree stump to take it in the dirt shoot. Get your shit together and offer deals to those of us that support you guys and show up at the local playgrounds and answer all the questions as to what parts came from where! After the bumper build (which will come from another member), I am done with you guys. As far as im concerned you are right up there with Ballistic righht now
