    Hello,

My name is Adam, and I am currently in the market for a new tow rig, and am considering a 4x4 Excursion. Another member on here (Never Monday) suggested that I get info from you, as he said that you tow with an Excursion currently. I plan to haul roughly 11,500 lbs. behind it approximately 7 times a year. Other than that, it is the frequent atv trip to various parks throughout the Midwest. I don't need it for a daily driver, so I am not too concerned about fuel mileage. I currently have a 99 regular cab 4x4 Cummins, but need more cab space.

What are your comments and concerns with using an Excursion for a tow rig, and is your Excursion a Powerstroke or a V-10? I would like to get a PSD, but the V-10's can be had pretty cheap, and aside from mileage, I would think they would still pull pretty well.

Any and all input is appreciated.
    Thank you
    Adam

Sorry that I haven't responded---there's no notification telling me that you sent me a message.
Maybe PM's are better. I see those everyday.

    Anyway,
The rules for tiebreakers in RROCK are
1st tie breaker --most first place finishes
2nd tie breaker--best placement at the last event.

So, you missing the first comp doesn't have a lot of impact on a tiebreaker.
Kyle and John WILL qualify for WEROCK. Because of the number of spots allowed for WEROCK..all
WEROCK teams qualify for the ASN.
And yes, this opens up more spots for our Mod Stock competitors.
AND---there are wild cards; I can't imagine any wild cards given out to teams that do not
run Cooper Tires. RROCK has the only teams (besides Kyle Bruso in WEROCK) that run Cooper Tires.
I could be wrong, but I'm seeing a lot of RROCK teams at the ASN.

I've been figuring different scoring combination and it looks like there could be alot of ties for third, fourth and fifth places. If I tie someone for fifth place am I out because I didn't make the first comp?

What about teams like Kyle and John that qualify for we rock does that open the door for more of us?

First time I've seen this thing.
Is it something different than a PM?
    Anyway, what do you need?
I hope that I'm using the correct buttom to respond : 0
