walbro fuel pump mount

Here is a simple mount for a simple pump. Too many times i have worked on cars that have used the supplied band clamp to hold the pump in place only to have the band clamp fail causing a endless list of problems, one of them being vehicle fires.

This mounting system is designed around the Walbro GSL392 255 LPH High Pressure Inline Fuel Pump. If you are using similar style fuel pump feel free to measure your pump and we can check to see if this mount will work for you.

Uses 3 rubber vibration isolation bolts to secure the mounting plate to the vehicle. This helps reduce noise from the pump and helps securely attach the pump.

mounting plate works with our T-bolt clamps or hose clamps

Mounting plate can be bought with or without hardware. Mounting plate is shipped raw steel.

Mounting plate alone - $30.00

Mounting plate with vibration isolation hardware - $40.50

shipped via USPS for $8.50ea in the lower 48

Looks good, any chance you are going to come up with a dual in tank design? Looking at fueling stuff for my u4 build.

We ran the dual externals at koh without issue. Using this mount. I'll be getting the dual mount for my personal fuel system soon.

had an non offroad project roll into the shop. adapted one of these mounts to replace the factory surge tank. now an walbro pump feeds the 1000CC injectors!

added some tabs to allow the mount to fit existing mounting points.

test fit before going under the car

and installed

Still going strong, our dealers sold out of these between sand show and off road expo so another run starts tomorrow. Don't be afraid to make a request for a custom bracket.

Thanks

Will this work for an E2000 fuel pump? The dimensions between the 2 are similar with the E2000 being slightly longer by about an inch.

sounds like it should work fine, hanging over the ends shouldn't be an issue since the hardware if slightly off center. depending on the final installed diameter of your pump you may have to adjust the angle of the retaining tabs to insure best fit for your application.

feel free to PM me if you would like to get any more details or place an order.

thanks
