Unfortunatly don't have anything in the works for that, don't have any of those kicking around to mock up. Haven't had any demand previously and those cases aren't exactly cheap on the used market just yet. If things change down the road, we'll post it up.
Thanks,
Mike

We can manufacture the adapters for the 203/205 but we do not carry shafts for this setup. Most of our customer will run our Diablo crawl box in place of a 203/205.

I haven't been able to find information on your Diablo assembly.

How long? How many planetary gears? Gear Reduction? Cost?

Currently have TH400 2 1/2" stickout output with 8 bolt NP205 clocked flat. Would like to put a range box between them, but would like something with deeper gears than NP203.

Diablo Crawler

The Diablo crawler is based upon the NP241 gear set and boasts a 2.72:1 ratio in low gear. This is the identical gear set that is found in competitor's boxes. Inputs gears are available in any configuration used in the NP T-cases (21,23,27,31,32 spline), however we only carry 23, 27,32 as these are the most popular. We can special order all the others if needed, just let us know your application and we can help you figure it out. As of now output shafts are only available in 31 and 32 spline configurations as strength becomes an issue with anything smaller. The unit mounts to factory 6 bolt round transfer case adapters.

The housing is machined from 6061 aluminum billet and utilizes a steel "rear adapter" to mate up to various tcases, figure 8 205's included. Strength is not an issue as the housing/gear set is rated for 5500 ft/lbs input torque. The steel adapter also provides a location to weld support brackets and tabs for mounts and shift linkage if needed. Both the front and rear of the Diablo are clockable in 5* increments making it completely universal for any application. You'll never have to worry about shift housing interference or clocking of the rear t-case with the Diablo, unlike other crawl boxes this is truely universal. Additionally, the Diablo is shipped with a cable shifter.

I finally got around to posting up a gallery of some photos for everyone to check out.

Let us know if you have any other questions we can answer. I'll PM you on your specfic application.
Thanks,
Mike

Dodge 241 hd to dodge 205

I have a 23 spline male dodge input on my 205, and a 241 hd driver side drop from a 97 diesel 2500. Will your doubler work with these cases? Thanks, Pat

Sorry we don't offer a 23 spline version at this time, mainly due to durability concerns with the coupling between the underdrive and the 205. Also the case is a little different on your HD 241 and I am not sure how everything would line up. The 241 you have is worth a few bucks, IMO you would be better off picking up a plain 241 and selling the one you have. Most of the "HD" components of the 241HD would be eliminated with the use of the kit.
Let us know if you have any other questions,
Mike

Have a few kits in the pipeline, meaning quick turn around on the 241 kits. Hit us up with any questions.
Thanks,
Mike

I've got a 96 Dodge (5.2 and a 5 speed) and would like to keep my speed sensor functional. Would it be possible to adapt the speed sensor from the output side of my original case to the spacer between the 2 cases? Has anyone looked into this? I don't have my 231 torn apart yet to see the differences in spline count or shaft diameter but I was thinking that if I could "tee" into the adapter spacer and put the sensor there it would keep the computer happy. Thanks for your help.

Overall length will depend on application. Which NP 205/t-case are you looking to run? I will get some number later today.
Thanks,
Mike

Not sure I've seen it yet, but can I get a 241 PSD to 32 spline input GM NP205, racetrack pattern? How much shipped to 78130? Want the shift rails out the front on the NP205

Also, when you cut the 241, the filler panel that is provided, is that welded in or what? How do you go about keeping the planeteries oiled?

Hi, You keep making the kit for make a 231/300 doubler??
you could send one of your kit to Spain through USPS or UPS?
I'm looking for one like this.

Or if you can make a crawl box for a np231, to make a reduction of 7:1 or similar, I`m also interested

thanks.
