NP241 to Round NP205 kits sell for $550 shipped in the USA. A rear torque mount is recommended if you don't already have a method of supporting your NP205 from the back side. These sell for $60 when shipped with one of our other components. Let us know if you have any other questions. Lead time is currently 9 business days.

Mike

The $550 covers the NP241 kit. We'll need a little more info on your 4l80 output shaft to nail things down. As a base line a 4l80E 4x4 output shaft to Round NP205 Infinitely Clockable Adapter kit welded by the customer sells for $345 shipped in the USA. Your 2x4 kit(assume you aren't planning on running the output shaft at full length) will be similar but we would need to work with you on the length of the adapter.

Mike

Can you send me the measurement from the front of the 231 box to the rear of a ford 205 case, or to the center of the rear yoke?

31 spline in a 241 is achievable by swapping in an input gear from a NP271. A needle bearing "adapter" needs to be machined to accept the smaller 241 needle bearing in the 271/273 gear. We do this regularly for our hardcore Diablo crawler boxes. It's likely not cost effective to perform the swap on the 241 unless you can do the machine work locally.

Regards,
Mike
