Something for a 205 that has been doubled with a 203 would be sweet. 205s are pretty heavy to be hangin off the double adaptors reguardless of brand.

I am also looking for an option for the 203/205. does this work on the back of the 205?

We're working on a D300 kit so there's no reason we can't make one for the 205 as well.

Stay tuned to this thread, we're gonna try and track down a 205 within the next week or two and see what we can come up with.

Just an update...

We're almost finished our support kit for the D300, it should be ready within the next week.

What do you guys want to see in a 205 support kit? I've got a 205 in the shop out of a Chevy Pick-up, but I'd like your input/suggestions before we start designing anything.

Let me know and we can get started on it ASAP!

I think that the 205 will need to be supported in some way that does not tie it directly to the frame. It should also be designed for multiple positions as many people clock them especially when doubled up with the 203.

D300 Support Kit Prototypes

Here's a couple pics of our latest D300 Support Kit Prototypes.

We left the tab extra long so it can be trimmed to suit each users application.

We've got 2 models, one for standard mounting, and one for those who have flipped their case.

The main Support is CNC Laser Cut from 3/8" Steel, the mounting tabs are Laser Cut from 1/4" steel, the bushing housing is 1.75" x .120"W DOM, and GR8 Fasteners are included.

If you're interested in a kit please send me a PM. We'll add them to our online store shortly after a bit more testing.

Thanks, alos looking forward to the 205. Will it be similar to the 300? I will need to have something that could possibly mount to the flat inside of the frame...

Thanks!

205 Support Kits

Here's what we're working on. We've got 2 different support kits for the 205.

One mounts to the tailhousing, similar to the D300.

The other uses the 9/16 tapped holes in the side of the case.

Let me know what you guys think!

bitchin'... I think I'll need to take one off your hands. I'm right at the point in my crossmember where this would work out nicely. Any chance in getting you to offer the bushings in rubber vs. the poly?
