riding 03 Orange 222.
triple 8's with risse crowns
saint rear der with sram trigger (4hrs hand machining custom adapter with file and hacksaw to fit der to frame)
hayes calipers with saint hubs
truvative cranks and bb
old AC chainguide off GT LTS downhill works good and was free
tires right now are intense fro up front 2 weeks old and 4 knobs ripped off . In the back kenda blue groove.
Its a simple design but soaks up the rough stuff and loves to corner. Way better then my old super 8.

2005 KHS Team soft tail.....actually started as a 2003 that I trashed the frame by going under a low hang on my kids day care while I had my bike on the top of the truck...
$300 later I had a 2005 frame with all the stuff from the 2003 on it.

it has a lot of upgrading to be done.....I just don't have the money. Rims and brakes are first.

04' Specialized Big Hit Comp w/ free swinger 4-way courtesy of manitou's f-ed up warranty system. replaced cracked POS rear single track w/ atomlabs trailpimp. Otherwise stock

old style chameleon w/ random assortment of FR parts and a manitou black with new lowers courtesy of manitou's poor machining of a disc mount.

03 Specialized hardrock, now singlespeed w/ rear disc brake and kenda k-rads (faaaassssssstttt 2.3 urban tires)

seems like the chameleon is popular on here. Its been the best bike ever, except for its lack of a rear disc mount and non-dedicated rear derailleur mount.

'96 Santa Cruz Heckler, with Rock Shocks double clicker rear, and Judy XC front, all XTR. Mavic wheels, db spokes, WTB tires.

I know it's almost 10 years old, but it's such a good XC bike, I can't justify the expense of something newer.

New: 04 Cannondale Scalpel 2000
Old school/Commuter: 1992 Bontrager Race...Back when Keith was still making frames. Can't get rid of it, almost all XTR and that sweet steel feel, screams on tight singletrack.

I've got a Trek 9800 that's a few years old, some upgraded parts on it.

Also got an even older Trek 2500 road bike that probably doesn't have any stock parts on it anymore.
