I am the proud owner of a '99 TJ Wrangler with a modest 3 inch lift and i run 33s" on it.

Still have the stock Dana 30 in front and Dana 35 in the rear. I plan on getting a Dana 60 one day when i saved enough money.

In the mean time i have become obsessed with sheepskin passenger seat covers and luxury car interiors. It might seem a little queer but it's all for the girlfriend in my world.

I'm new, kinda. Registered ways back. Never completed registration till last week. Willy we todd did, and didn't figure it out how to till later.

Got first XJ 6 years ago ish. Sank it, changed fluids, drove for a week, distributer locked up, broke gears on cam, snapped rod, mushroomed piston, punched hole in block, destroyed oil pump, finished breaking header.

Started a slow build stroker with junk yard block. 60 over with 707 rods, custom aries pistons, geratt turbo. Had head machined 10k with 2.02 intake and 1.56 exhaust. 901 cam, lifters, springs, retainers, 45k head gasket, gibson headers. Ended up putting all top end on '95 xj, then stripped down, cut up and tossed out. $5k in hole, have bored block, stroke crank, rods, custom slugs, and a turbo, plus a set of 677cp @ 60 over that might not ever get used. Engine now sits in '93, needs FPR vac hose, and pcv hose to intake box. Hoping in next 3-4 weeks my near $4k income tax return comes. Want 44's front and rear, 33-35" rubber. And flame away, want a front stinger that would run down to replace stock front skid. Would like to do the same to rear after rear coil over. Then use the stock rear shackle hold as a hinge to swing down and give access to rear deck, and dub as a step into rear. Of course it would be on a full exo.

checking in.
I used to have a 80 jeep cj..rotted apart on me. Last year I picked up a 79 Bronco that I've been working on. Last week I Bought a 79 f150 for parts. When I got it home I discovered it was a 150 on a 350 frame, complete with a 4 inch body lift and a 6 inch suspention, dana 60 front and back tsl 40s and a working winch. The reason it was sold was because of a broken steering knuckle and steering link My only problems with the truck are that i can.t find a steering knuckle to replace the broken one. All the wrecking yards will only sell the entire axle (for an arm and a leg). Anybody got asolution

can never have too many newbies right? Sold my 03 crewcab 2500HD for a 78 K20 and no payments. Strictly a mud truck (in the making) Basicly stock, but I did add a really big air filter! That should double my horsepower right there!

78 K20 350 NP205/SM465 D44 14FF 3.73's and a really bad-ass cheesey tach!
