Unparalell motor

So I found out today that my motor is offset about 2 inches from factory that has created a nightmare for my header as it's on the tight side. I'm wondering if its ok to run the motor sideways a bit to allow for the tranny output shaft to be centered and the header to clear the frame.

Also plan on building a radius arm setup. Is there a such thing as too long. I'm looking at approximately 54 inches long that seems a bit too long but that's where my front output shaft is gonna land.

Anyone have insight on the radius arms.
My transfer case is gonna end up centered front to rear to allow for a sufficient center driveshaft with slipyoke.
If I was doing 3 or 4 link this would be a good thing as I could make equal lenth links but I'm not at the moment so it's a nogo plan is to extend the stock ford radius arm
