Locking over center latch

I put this in the newbie forum, as its very low on the tech side.

I'm looking for some (2) over center latches, that either have an integrated lock or the ability to lock with a padlock. I would prefer an integrated lock.

Something on the idea above, or similar to the latch on wranglers.
I'm not having much luck searching google.
Looking for a cheap solution to keep my upper tailgate locked in place.
Doesn't have to be fort knox, just enough to be a hinderance.

Old thread, but topic still might be actual for many. These are called toggle latch, draw latch, over centre latch. Many to choose from on eBay or for better quality there are dedicated manufacturers, such as Ojop Sweden or Southco.

First post and you're adding useful content!?! Whaddaya, new?

Adventure bike luggage panniers use small versions.

If you can wait 2wk for them to ship from china they're way cheaper to buy on eBay.
