mphudak Same situation here. Opened up the Ballistics on a lathe to fit my application (can't remember it it was 3 1/8 or 3 1/4).

it slips over about an inch and can be welded on the outside and inside

kyleb I ran into this last week. I bought a set of the ballistic slip-over bearing ends then had them machined to 3-1/8 and they worked great.

MC I believe the reason mfgs didnt offer this 20 years ago is because you will get a little bit more flex on the weld when you add leverage.

Brad Find someone with a lathe. Have them bore out a little on the backside to the tubesize so it lines up.

sorry never mind i thought you were looking for spindles as far as ends go the ballistic ones are the way to go and good price too.

95geo Great timing.... I need to locate some that work with a 3 1/8" x 5x16" wall tube... I kind of remember parts mike selling some but I'm not sure on the details.
