Antagonist I know this thread has been dormant for a while, but do you have any more info on your front brakes set up? I'm trying to run wheel mounted disc brakes on rockwells also, and I'm not finding many answers that aren't budget busters. Mean ass build buy the way!

samurai4u started the front wheel brakes its a speedway rotor and a small metric caliper

samurai4u the ram from surplus center and the valve is psc

will after 8 hrs i relised that the crank and cam censer uses the same plug and i had them switched then it fired right up

fuel pressure is 55 i think its a little low need to work on the regulator
and finish the exost tonight
i let it idle for 30min and it only went to 195 to 188 back and forth
need brakes and a steering joint and i am ready to drive

samurai4u I am working on the passenger side header the small stuff takes for ever
i got the trans and t case rebuilt and all the shifters in need one more boot

weighting on ecm should be able to fire it up next weekend

collecting stuff for wheel brakes think i am going to use the speedway scalloped ones

Willys 4x4 Very nice work dude, that is going to be one sexy machine.

And don't sweat the speedo at all, mine is 5 mph slow but that's tolerable. My Auto meter speedo was ten mph slow so I ditched it.

Good luck on the rest of the build and can't wait to see more.

samurai4u I need to cut some of the bracing behind the dash so the steering column goes in about 5" more going to do that to night

these is were the exzost is going to go in to 2 in to 1 to the muffler
there not much more room to put stuff probley going to start it next week
i have done a lot of wiring and taken the stock willys speedo apart and adapted it to fit a cj cable i have and re painted it to mach the autometer gauges i have with 6.72 gears and a overdrive trans the speedo will probably be a little off lol

samurai4u Started the steering column to night and the blinker assembly for the willys

need to get a 3 way switch tommarow for it

and turn a handle at the end and make a block off plate tor the bottom of the switch cover and a mount for the column

What happened to the frontend. Is that rust? I really like the frame too!

samurai4u started to build the tcase adapter
cut out the old splines in the input of the case and welded another spline yoke to change spline count.
then cut a few inches off the trans shaft

need to finish the vvs censer
