66CJdean Can you measure the ID of the unit bearing cups in a few spots and tell me the average so I know what to make the pucks.

- housing pucks (say ex. 3.5"x .375 tubing)- $85 pair

- is the bar included in there somewhere or do I need to source that?

- and i don't have any ub cups at the moment for either size, but i have some old unit bearings of each.

Thanks for getting back to me Dean.

Sounds good Dean. Let's get this started.

parts desired are in the quote above. (I don't need the sterling stuff yet). ADD- housing pucks for 4"x .250 wall, along with the 3.5"x .375w.
-KIT, UB pucks, and two pairs of housing pucks.

Let me know where to paypal deposit, and lead time. I have two Trail Gear steering UB housings (super duty c's and knuckles) ready for me to build now, and a 14B spindle currie housing (rear) will be here in a couple weeks.

I will have to find a LH sterling spindle to make more of them as I sold my last one a few week ago but they are $85 for one. Unit bearing jigs are $100 for the pr and do 04down/05up. For $85 we can make some housing jigs so you can weld on the truss with no ends.

Example below

That housing will be the first to be built with spindles.

Thanks for your time.

66CJdean They just slide in so you are not stuck with 1.25.

Flexy Flatty Received the bushings today, I’ll try to make it down to my shop tomorrow to press them in. This should be the last piece of the puzzle.

Flexy Flatty Thank you

66CJdean Sh!T. I forgot that you are 1.25. OK so I have ordered more and will be here Monday. I can fit them to some pucks here so I know they will fit yours once they get to you.
Sorry about that.

Flexy Flatty I received the 60/70/14 spindle jigs yesterday but they’re not bushed for the smaller 1.25 bar, they’re still 1.50. Are the bushings something that you can send me and I can press in or do you need the jigs for fitment?
07-29-2019 08:44 PM
Flexy Flatty @66CJdean
I really need those jigs, please let me know how far out they are.

Flexy Flatty Question: do the spindle jigs you sent work for both the yoga spindles and the 60/70/14 bolt jigs as well? I was expecting two sets of spindle jigs but if one set does everything then that’s all the better. Thanks
