whitneyj I'd love a set. Pretty sure you're who bought these right before I did last year or the year before on here...

We used this same design in a 20" wheel with the military 10 lug on the LAV's in the USMC too. Cool design and saved TONS of weight over the split rim we were still using in 2006...

Corey Young Just seen on tv that a Secret Service Suburban had these silver wheels on them tonight.

Also, the military green painted version were used on some of the IFS CUCVs. They were called LSSVs, Light Service Support Vehicles.

Corey Young Trail Worthy Fab made a set of 16" PVC inserts for the Pitbull Rockers.

Wheel profile by tire bead area.

8" wide wheel with 5" flat and 1.5" taper for bead on each side.

Corey Young I bored this set to fit Ford axles.

Corey Young Picked up a set and need some pvc inserts because the rubbers are too wide for bias ply tire beads. Insert needs to be 15.625" ID

Arya Ebrahimi I still have a set I'd be willing to sell.

Where are you located?

11-26-2013 07:30 PM
Corey Young A guy in Arizona was selling them for $350 a set. All the ones I have seen for sale are 16" and came off Government pickups and suburbans. I would like to pick up a set one of these days.

extremefab1 I just hope they clear the sterling 10.25 rear I know the pattern is the same just dont know if the center bore is
11-26-2013 03:19 PM
Arya Ebrahimi They're 16's, and will fit on GM 2500HD and 3500HD(SRW)'s. Some of them had true rubber runflats, others just had the rubber beadlock insert.

I have a set in my shed with the full rubber runflats. I was gonna run them on my Duramax, but didn't want to run the runflats and never got around to ordering PVC inserts.

They will not fit over a 70 hub, that is until you take a Harbor Fright 4" angle grinder and hog out the centers just a bit .

I have em, I run em, I love em, and have never ever had a tire even think about jumping off of the rim .

Vastly superior to just an outside lock ring .

Money well spent .
I had them and loved them. Mine were 16" and fit over my Chev ton axles no problem. I've been looking for a cheap 17" version since I went to that size and haven't run across anything.

The Hutchenson tech guy and specs sheets lie!

Seriously I wonder what the difference is. I went back and forth with them about running a racing set and they were sure they didn't make anything that would fit. They also refused to machine the hole out larger so I would have to. I worked with the guy who does most the trade shows and seemed very knowledgeable. We reviewed tech specs together, etc... They even advised against machining them and figured out how much material would be left...

so like I said.... I wonder what the difference is in these rims.
11-26-2013 12:23 PM
extremefab1 I honestly dont know what the back spacing is I know thats bad not knowing before I buy a set of rims but being as rare as these are and I have tons of rigs they could possibly go on Im going to buy them lol
11-26-2013 12:23 PM
fcfred are they 16's or 17's?
