|steve gerstner||With this front and rearsteer set beening used in a 1997 ford the rear ABS was a must, as far as i know this is the first 2 1/2 ton rockwell with interal Ford ABS. steve|

These folks are leading the way with hardcore Rockwell parts.
If I was building some rockwells right now, the new lockers would be with out a doubt the one I would install. And If my detroits ever fail again they will be replaced with these.

|steve gerstner||These locking hubs are part of a F&R going to Cal. for a 1997 ford. Front and rear steer - inter. state use, so a roller bearing is installed in the rear spindles for high speed use. steve|

Here's a great idea. Wait for it... wait for it....
You sell ONE hub and one double splined rear shaft. Why? You sell these to deuce owners as a manual disconnect for one rear axle. This seriously cuts down on tire wear and makes turning easier. Work up a price for this - I bet there's interest.
I am dead serious. I'll cross post over to the deuce forum I'm on.

Do you need a sponsorship deuce? Alot better than these, which are just basically dust caps. All TIG welded, of course.
I'd be happy to put em through the paces on the M35a2 (still working on the 3208 swap, turns out I have to make a new shift tower for the tranny).

|camo||rockwells and tires are just sittin there waiting for the owner to give us the go ahead. right now it has a 60 and 44's on it and he wheels it all the time. I think he is waiting until he blows up the front end until he does the swap.|

I got the chance to check those out last week and all I can say is WOW!!
those are some serious hardware and if I had a rockwell they would be on my list of must have items.
can you post a pic of them with something else in the picture for size refrence ? they are massive but hard to tell from that pic.
also any idea how much $ and where can a guy buy a set ?

NEW 2 1/2 ton locking hubs
These are the new locking hubs from Ouverson eng., I am not pimping these just showing a new product. I helped a little with this design, these are machined from 6061 t-6 billet and black anodized to 70 RC inside and out (also the internal alum. spline where the harden steel drive gear seats), a timken bearing race is 64 RC. The internal gears are held with a large sealed ball bearing and the knob actuator is deep so you can get your fingers on it.
