Update, I mounted them this afternoon and the beads were actually perfect on the tmi,s. We shall see how it plays out. With the coopers I had to torque them about 4 lbs more to get them to seal. They seemed to center way easier than the stt pros too, even though there wasnít anything really close to the bead lock ring to start from. The bead protector ring is a bit further away than the coopers were. They also seem QUITE a bit softer than the coopers, which in mu opinion were pretty soft for a dot tire.

beads are fat.

92 Green YJ My Bias Treps are still stacked up on a pallet under a tarp. Can’t speak to their performance as of yet but they sure do look aggressive. Can’t wait to actually get them bolted on.

Yeah just like a more aggressive sidewall. Really want treps. Not concerned about sticky so much I been doing a lot more higher speed stuff than crawling. But warranty would be nice. Iím really just pissed all these are splitting. I havenít ever blown a tire in 26 years, and all 5 have went bad the same way

sickboyboone So I blew a second sidewall on my coopers driving down a dirt road. The three good ones have cracks starting. Iím gonna send them in but Iím not very hopeful. Pretty sure Iím gonna take a 2500 dollar fucking on them.

I guess now Iím asking for tire advise. Iím leaning toward bias treps. Any other suggestions

Yeah not even sure my short drive line will work with that. Iíll probably just run 12s but I got a pair of 14s I could use for mock up till I get them Iím sure Iím gonna need sway bars after that shit

Right on. I'm running 14s on lower trailing arms, and its border line too much travel. Have around 18" of travel, drive on the street, rock crawling and high-ish speed stuff. However, I am only at 107" WB and narrow axles. 21" of rear wheel travel is insane for a Jeep, just sayin... Either way looking forward to seeing it all come together.

No Iíll be just running coilovers on trailing arms and hopefully use the other mount for sway bar attachment. With the backseat in there I canít fit mounts for two shocks. In the spirit of legends class buggyís, I think Iíll be good. Iíll be running Fox 14Ē dsc remotes or piggybacks

I've spent a lot of time looking at the Crispy build from Poison Spyder, and have been trying to figure out how that geometry works. Are you going to do coil carriers and bypasses? I'm very interested in this as i'm in the beginning phases of designing the next car i'm working on and this is the route I think I'm headed.
