https://www.ruffstuffspecialties.com...UaAh1PEALw_wcB I remember seeing somewhere that you can run Front 60 hubs on 14b spindles. Personally, I'd just either use the 14b hubs or go to UB. |

RANGERROD | I’d like to use the 6 lug 60 front hubs. But can’t seem to find the cups anymore to use them. And I don’t have access to machine shop anymore to make them. Ruff stuff used to make them. Any ideas? Otherwise bearing cups and spideryrwx unit bearings.

You can 60 front hubs in 6 lug, or unit bearings. Best bet is a shaved 14b really. |

Well it had enough torque to blow the rear end at idle. And yes, I know elockers suck but I literally had them laying around. previously had a spooled 4cyl rear, and that lived until I puckered the housing, and lost all the oil. Granted that was a warmed over 22re. NOt feeling like messing with it a bunch of times. I'm playing with the idea of a strange s60 rear. front will get replaced when I blow that up too. |

YotaAtieToo | Get out here with that shit! This is the Toyota section, 80 hp and 300:1 or nothing!

Rubirunner85 | I think a great option that is always overlooked is to run a engine with high torque and and auto trans. With gearing it almost eliminates the shock loads.

Mr Stubs | Because I kept those thirds and have been running them in Skittles (aka: Timber Tiger) for a few years now.

Aisin | Did not see that. Why would you take out that 3rd that Stubbs put in there and use that shitty elocker?

RANGERROD | Interested to see what you do for a rear. I’m in a similar scenario. A narrowed Dana 60 with Dana 44 outers to make it 6 lug. I need to stay 6 lug but want 35 spline and full float.

So second thing to die was the rear. Shocking, I know. Time for a 60. Don't even know where to start looking. |

Joey f | Take your ram apart. The bolt that hold everything together at the end of the shaft probably backed out. A friend ran into the same problem and it was the ram internals.

Well the power steering woes continue. I replaced the Lexus pump with a trail gear tc style pump. An-10 in an6 out, nearly the same as before. Reservoir higher than inlet. No assist. Bled, ran, back and forth, wheels off ground, etc etc. Swapped in my old trail gear ported box that was a leaker but worked... No change. I've no experience with ram assist failures, so I'm guessing the ram went tits up? |

Found some stuff online that should cure my steering issue for about 400 bucks. Not bad. Cheese pics ![]() The silver rig is another one I built/helped build That one's a 7mge sura motor rebuilt properly when shaved head and block, metal head gasket, 75 lbs on the bolts, etc. ![]() ![]() |
