Boogs1970 | I moved my pinion up now my caster is way off, put some adjustable ball joints to help with the issue but it's still a little squirrely on the pavement. looks like next big project will be cutting the Cs off and clocking them.

Boogs1970 | Yeah, I already adjust my pinion angle which then I had to cut my coil spring perches and line them back up with the coils. I'm going to clearance the cardan and see if that helps. Thanks

You could clearance the cardan joint with a die grinder. Or you could adjust your pinion angle. |

Boogs1970 | My tcase is up little higher then stock, its an atlas t case so i cant bring it down much or it hits the transmission cross member. same joint setup that your running.

What kind of joints are you running? I’ve got a double cardan at the Tcase, single at the axle. 1350s at all places. Also I didn’t clock my Tcase up. |

I bent it about 30 minutes into wheeling on Friday.... I took it easy the rest of Friday. Saturday my buddy that I do stupid stuff with showed up and taking it easy didn’t last long. Then Sunday I beat on the Jeep pretty hard. I couldn’t feel a vibrations on the dirt but after unloading it at home I felt it on the road for sure. It held up, the driveshaft guy was surprised it didn’t get any worse. |

waterhorse | Did the driveshaft cause you to stop? Did it vibrate?

Boogs1970 | I got my rig pretty much finished up ready to wheel., do have a little issue with the front drive shaft binding at full droop. are you using the 1350 u joints on your front drive shaft?

My Jeep wheeled awesome this past weekend. I did taco my driveshaft pretty good though. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() The local shop that built it only charged $100 bill to retune it though. |

H8DWINGS | I must follow you on the instant social media application. Some guy on there had an identical problem this weekend and I think the same photo. I was kind of wondering where I learned about this random online person.

With the angle of the box, I’m using a straight pitman arm from an Astro: |

Boogs1970 | so you ended up using the astro van steering gear from red neck with no drop pitman arm? I have the same issue with everything needed to be pushed forward,

I have had zero issues with the front suspension besides bump stops. I’m going to have to change the design a bit. |
