I know right? But shit needs to get done and now I think my landfill is empty-ish
ETA: I got the pipe laid today I did dig up some more treasures, a passenger side door, a grill, what looks to be a cowl vent and a bunch of bottles and some more seat springs and shit.

dave_dj1 I got it one piece at a time! This story goes back twenty years, when I bought this place I tore down a stonewall in the front and did some grading of the front lawn and found a late 60's Chevy pickup box. A few years later I had some septic work done in the back yard and found a 2 wd Chevy truck frame, a few years later I had a sink hole in the back yard, dug up a firewall and steering column of what I figure was a late 50's Chevy, well today I was digging a trench for my outside boiler lines and dug up a turquoise hood and fender I believe to be late 50's as well. I also dug up a matching set of turquoise washer and dryer along with an old white tv and a couple of radios. Apparently the guy that built this place was a douche to the ninth power! I dug up some green shag carpet, a bunch of tires and wheels, bunch of insulation a pedestal sink and sheetrock scraps. I have half a mind to dump it all at his place, he only lives a couple of miles away. SOB

conwaymuddy Humped through 4 hours of work, sitting in a hospital waiting for the girlfriend to have exploratory surgery to figure out what's wrong with her pancreas. Been rough between us lately and I'm shitting bricks worrying about her.

Filthy McChevy I think I like Sriracha flavored peas even better than Wasabi flavored peas. That is all.

Black Sheep Went to dinner with some of my fiances friends in her home town. They ran into some (older) people they know at the door, chatted, then we went and sat. After dinner and drinks the waitress said they had paid for the table and tipped "heartedly" and no money was needed.

I had to google after gathering the facts, Mr. & Mrs. Abplanalp looked like they were paupers in a town of people playing who's who. Had no idea I shook hands with billionaires.

How my poor redneck ass entered this world, I'll never know.

sceep Two day trial this weekend in Lake Fork, NM. Didn't ride Sat as I had brought along a couple buddies and their kids. Had to shepherd them around and show them the ropes.

Sunday was great, 8 sections, 3 loops, with a total score of 24 put me on the podium in 2nd in Amature! Should have had first but a dumb mistake on section 5 put me 2 points behind. Buddies kids placed 3rd and 5th in Beginner on their first day ever, and riding CRF's.

BDK I finally got my Atlas II installed in the Explorer today. Taking it for a long shake down drive in a little bit.

The scares sort of help build some character, get him a few tattoos for the win!

DozerDan Just opened the tailgate on my truck to take the garbage down. And it did not want to open, then when it did dropped off the DS mount, that is clearly broken.

Not the end of the world, shy of the fact that I just got my truck back from my 'buddy' who has had it for 9 months. Yes that's right I loaned a vehicle to someone for 9 months and it came back clearly broken.

All in all I thought he took care of it, its clean, put a new tire on it , did oil changes etc. But just tell me the tail gate broke. It's not a big deal, but fucking tell me this shit.

Hell while he had it I spent $500 on new alts and belts, its my truck I was helping you through some rough times, not a big deal. If the tail gate hinge broke I don't care, but tell me.

Stupid shit like that pisses me off. I would have bought the parts for you and fixed it.

I am done trying to help people.

Hey, thanks! I worked with Honeybees this spring, setting up for Orchid pollination (apples, cherries, pears, etc). The honey is for the local tourist places (New Paltz & Gardiner). No brew or mead yet-

thefishguy77 For the hell of it we threw a dozen chicken eggs in the incubator. 4 have hatched and at least 1 more on the way so far. Day 22.

Not bad for completely forgetting about it and not adjusting humidity or stoping the egg turning until day 20 2 easter eggers, 2 mutts, and at least 1 more EE on the way. Hopefully they are not all roosters.

Had to throw together a brooder real fast this morning as the 4 hatched yesterday and were dry today.

That's exactly what it was. She decided she would tie the Weiner dogs leash to the stroller handle. Oh well

I remember those days.

Wait until you guys have the 2nd one.

You'll get home and question the band-aid over the kid's eye. The Wife will say, "Oh, he fell. It's what boys do". You'll both have a drink and life will go on as usual.

If my Wife could have bubble wrapped our son for the first few years, I swear she would have. Thankfully, our twin daughters are living the life of "normal" little kids.
