Not in indiana. I've had people involuntarily committed. Too many invols and you get a long trip to the state hospital. Soooooo, theres 1 state that's like that.

TireFryerSS That dickbags estate and his family need to be sued by the actual victims family, then take whatever dickbags family is awarded in their lawsuit and gjve it to the victims family.

Shadow man Just implement the SAME Red Flag laws on motor vehicle users as they do for evil guns owners... Then apply it to everything else in life. See, society is safer then.

that is a bummer.

I remember back in day about an asshat kid riding a motorcycle at high speeds to elude the cops only to crash into a bus(?) at an intersection. It was "a famous getaway & shown on video tape." The asshat parents sued for son's injuries, don't know if lawsuit went through.

Aggie06 So, have family members of the innocent people he killed filed a lawsuit against his family or the state?

Sounds like his parents arenít accepting the fact their kid turned out to be a asshat.

Why does that dumbass law not apply to cars then?

Yes I believe this is a bullshit lawsuit BUT they actually did everything we have been programmed to do by the geniuses running cali so I think there is actual merit to there case.
Looks like the "system" failed. So many conflicting laws and possibilities of lawsuits causes it to freeze up. Fucking stupid.

east_beast I remember this idiot. They can't accept the fact they failed miserably as parents. This guy amassed a small fortune manipulating a videogame and basing a YouTube channel on it. When he got shutdown for manipulating the game he came completely unglued. The end result was he basically committed suicide in a fashion that unfortunately took out some completely innocent people.

I have absolutely zero respect for this family unless they plan on donating any proceeds from this lawsuit to the family of his victims.

They can't accept that their rotten crotchfruit wasn't someone else's fault.

Victim status is the ultimate excuse (and the highest honor these days).
