sterlingfire Looks pretty good so far.
Is your front driveline going to clear that cross member at full droop? I've seen every one built like that get chopped. Unless you're planning a 2 PC front shaft?
Where in mi are you?

vwmopar Upper link is only tacked at this point. I have to pull the cab to fully weld and gusset it. I want to run another crossmember either behind or just before the ecobox/205 and tie into the top of the frame. There's only 2 factory crossmembers in it and the rear is going to get removed to mount the fuel tank. 42 gallon Chevy suburban tank.

vwmopar Thanks for the encouragement! Haven't done much lately. I fixed(aka cobbled together) the core support best I could with what tools I have. These trucks up here in Michigan don't fare well in the salt. Cab is origanly from Tennesse. Went to Kentucky to get it and the utiline bed. Was a badass trip. Went to a rock bouncing event while we were down there. I need a good drivers fender some seats and I can start on the cage.

vwmopar I haven't measured but it's quite a bit. The axle is forward about 3. The frame is boxed to about the first cab mount at the moment. Not sure if I'll go any further. The box is actually a psc unit for a K series Chevy.

Thank you. I was hesitant to post on here. Pirate can be a little harsh.

86 D150

About two years ago I got a 86 D150 for $600. At first I wanted to make a street truck out of it. Mild small block, 4 or 5 speed manual, lowered and cruise it. A year into owning it things changed. Decided to go 4wd. Found a rust free cab and utiline bed for cheap. Front is 3 linked with 16 inch travel FOA's, rear is in boarded 63 inch leafs. Has a 2013 srt Cherokee 6.4, a518(soon to be nv4500), Nwf ecobox and Ford np205. Has 99-04 super duty axles. This is my first major build.
