Need coilover help

Ok guys I'm planning my sas and would like to know what spring rates and valving everybody is running on their coilovers. My swap isn't anything special. Just a 44 with 35s and radius arms. I don't have an aftermarket bumper or winch up front to add extra weight. I was thinking of 250/300 but what do y'all suggest?

I run 150/250. 12" travel 4" of up travel. I run a winch and love the ride those rates give.

Have you tried a spring rate calculator like FOA's?
FOA OFF-ROAD Shock Absorbers ,FOA Springs, Coil Over, Offroad

Also, there is a big long thread in Gen 4x4 about this very topic with more then you will ever need to know.

ORIs don't care! Just kidding sir. That was one of the things that I did not want to mess around with figuring out, spring rates and such. Plus, one day maybe you'll let me build you a sweet winch bumper and then you will need new springs!

Either way, let's get crackin!
