I'm a flashlight, knife and gun guy. I have been daily using a Coast HP3R for a couple of years now, and it is getting long in the tooth, so I just picked up this O light S2R bundle.. 1150 max lumens. We will see how it does. It's not a $20 light, but pretty reasonable for something that comes with batteries and a charger.

Since this is bumped, recommendations for a weapon mounted light with a rail mount? After looking into LED conversions for my current Surefire M961, thinking I'm better off buying a new light. Intended use is on a rifle so size isn't as much of a concern. I have a TLR-1 for my Beretta and its the tits

Awesome. I am excited to get it. I have heard nothing but awesome stuff about O light products so I'm stoked to see how this does. If it's as good as it looks, I'll be buying more.

Go to the Olight store posted above, they have weapon mounted lights that work quite well.
I have 2 of the Valkyrie pl2 mini lights on handguns, work great for a small package.
The lights use a USB magnetic charger ,my safes have USB ports in them so charging is easy.

Yes, it was a one day "flash" sale. I am sure that they will have something else on sale for black Friday.
