The general consensus is that it's an unreliable plastic hunk of crap. They feel really cheap. I haven't seen a good review on one yet.

The keltec ksg is a better option.

after shooting both I bought the ksg, I liked the shouldering and cheakweld way better, its way lighter with better weight at the lower end, I would still prefer my 870, but cant beat the size of a bullpup, Maybe after I get a few hundred rounds through it Ill like it better.

You can hunt with "tactical" guns...

Just gotta find the right one.

The KSG is out if my price range, and I don't know if it's setup for chokes like the UTS-15.
I might just keep looking.

I think I offered to sell him mine at one time. Threaded smooth bore, a few chokes to get him started and a rifled barrel...but noooooo.

Now I am keeping it and going turkey hunting.

my ksg jams, I have not oiled it yet I wanted to kind of run it dry to wear it all in, not a bad jam just have to really rack it, all the uts and ksgs have some issues, they are no 870 but after wearing in they are both decent feeding, I just like the look and feel of the ksg better

The KSG I had wasn't threaded for chokes. It's a shotgun...unload on whatever you're shooting. I never had any problems with it, but I sold it anyway.

If you don't have the cash for the better option, save until you have cash for the better option. I got some Canook coinage that's no good here that I can send back to help the cause.

What is this "buy once" of which you speak?

Hell son, buy a gun for each use you plan on going out and doing.

Want to shoot trap/skeet/upland game? Get a quality o/u.

Want to go waterfowling/turkey? Get a quality auto loader.

Want to scare away the bears? Get a tacticool shotgun.

You get the picture.

Why can't I shoot trap with a tacticool auto loader?
